I've been away from tapping for soooo long. But this morning just looked at myself and realized that I have become the result of poor choices over the past year! I've never been in a forum, so not sure how this works, but I feel like the encouragement would help, especially with my 50th swiftly approaching. This morning I did the fundamental workout and was whipped -- I guess it's a long way back to the maximax tapes! Ugh! I don't want to look this way or feel this way. Can anyone tell me how this forum is different from the other one? Thanks a million.
