All right... This is the first time I have start this thread <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>... Trust me, I'm usually sleeping (or barely waking) at this hour but my boys had hockey practice this morning at 8h00... and since I have a long day ahead of me... I decided to do my workout early... Jo, I just finished Tempo torso and I'm off to brush... By the way, I like the Gold Star idea...
