yes, we are the nutcases of the board. Why else would a bunch of grown women sign up to get nagged at??? Pushed, prodded and goaded?? Why in the world would a normal sane person do such??
Or is it, just maybe, that we've gotten so used to putting our own needs last, that someone has to prod us into it? When do we eat in the morning...or does it wait til afternoon? When do we seek help for a health problem? When we have an afternoon free or when we need it?? Do we sacrifice our sleep to get the house cleaned?
Where do we come on the to-do list?
Did we ever even get on the list?
Oh, but then came along the glorious game!! To act like a bunch of kids signing in to get a gold star!! To get bragged on for doing something for ourselves!! To get cheered, prodded, encouraged and a part of something. Among women who understood, and who were like us.
So, today, now, decided that you will be a priority!! Because it really doesn't matter what the list is, it's all about getting healthy and not giving up. When you do less than that, you only slight yourself.
All I want is your best.
All you deserve is your best.
