Hi Carol!
Can we start a daily thread to post our makeups on? I will be responsible for getting it up every day, and it would be easier for you to see exactly what we have done!! I can do it any way you like. I just don't know where to put all my makeups, as they are not all getting seen on the HF thread, and they have all been legitimate 25-30 minutes cardio sessions or additional HTF workout. I know you have so much to keep track of and I am willing to help in any way I can! Let me know!! Thanks so much!
