Does anyone remember seeing something about how to tell what clothing size you are based on your tape measurements? I am trying to accurately report how many clothing sizes I've lost but I really don’t know where I started.
It is occuring to me now that for the last year or so I have been wearing a lot of skirts with elastic waists or size 16s that were so tight they left indents and red marks around waist line after I took them off. So, I don't think it is accurate to say that I was a size 16. I remember a post about this very thing but I can't find it.
Does anyone remember this? Thanks!
