hi guys
my friend and i both gained a considerable amount of weight while in vacation for two months in the summer but she's been losting it a lot faster then me....she basically doesn't eat much her calorie intake is way before what is recommended....i wished i could be like her, control my eating but i can't and i know what she's doing is not right because i know she's starving her body and she's losing muscle but she seems to be losing inches too because her pants are loser....my question is if you lose water, do you lose inches too??
