Hi ladies and gents ;)
My fiancee and I are considering buying a house. Now please share all your tips and knowledge about the process. We dont have a real estate agent but I want to find one that knows all the tricks and quirks to find us the best price. This will be our first home (California, Bay Area). If there are any real estate agents out there please shed a little light on how I go to pick a great real estate agent or anyone else who's bought or is in the process of buying a house.
I called the agent that helped buy my parents house but when we were trying to buy a house last year, at first it seemed like we were going to get it then i dont know what happened and her attitude totally changed, so im not going with her.
