Ok I just want to preface this by saying this is what I have been doing and it works for me. I have heard and read a lot of negative reports about this but I have also heard some great success stories too. I am in no way trying to discredit anything Theresa does. I am certain my success has a lot to do with the combination of T-Tapp as my work out and altering my diet. For about a month now I have been doing Herbalife. And I know there have been many commentaries about it out there but I have had success. I don't think its for everyone and I am not trying to get on a soap box and claim that we should all join the Herbalife cult or anything but I like it. I have tried other things but have not had this kind of success before. And I know there are a lot of things about the products that has changed throughout the years. They don't use any ma huang or effedra anymore and I have heard from many people that the shakes taste terrible but they taste good to me.(I always thought Slim Fast tasted pretty gross) If you want my honest opinion I like it and I think if you are serious about sticking to a program its worth a shot.
