Hi, everyone,
Now I have again started to t-tapp after a break I had to take because of my medication (not allowing ot exersise because of joint and muscle pain resulting).
I have read the success story about Carol. And lokked at her before and after pictures.
Well, her breasts were at least cup D in the beginning and became cup B. But did they hang down? That's what worries me. May be there are some special exersises to avoid that? I mean not the cup reduction, but form?

I'll just bet skin brushing and salt masks have prevented that. She looks fabulous.

Way to go Carol!

Between all the arm movements t-tapping, brushing and using the total CRT system plus utilizing the GM/MM way of eating, I would guess that is what kept them from being "droopy".

WOO-WHOOO Carol - way to go!!!

But does it work when they start out (how do I say this) NOT being in the best form?

Hopefully someone will have an experienced answer : )

Kim, I know this won't *exactly* answer your question, but, my boobs have gone from an overflowing C (almost a D) to a modest B. When I was only watching my diet and running, my boobs shrunk but were droopy. When I added t-tapp in (6 weeks ago), they perked back up. They may be smaller (sniff sniff), but at least they are round and, well, buoyant. so, mine went from round to droopy and back to round.

Would this also be the case with breast feeding boobs? Mine came extremely saggy after my son (2 years ago) and I bf for a year and people have told me over and over that they'll never be bouncy and firm again like they were when they were "virgin" boobs! This sounds so funny talking about this, but I'm willing to try extra upper body exercises a la ttapp if they will help.

Analee,
the change in your breasts had more to do with pregnancy than breast feeding..
