Hi!

I am so overwhelmed, I have tears in my eyes. ttapp transformed by body beyond everything I could ever imagine.

I lost 25 inches in 25 days... the areas of major loss are: 4 inches off my underbra circumference, 5 inches off my waist, 6 inches off my abdomen, 5 inches off my hips, 2 inches off my upper thighs.

OIP cured my hemorroids and KLT undid the hump in my upper back and the deep S bent in my lower back.

It made me one full inch taller

It made me feel 20 years younger, and look at least 10 years younger.

Teresa, you have created a set of outstanding workouts, congratulations! they truly are the state of the art, and there is much of your genius and lots of thought behind every move and stance. these workouts are unparallelled in their effectiveness and health benefits. I am so glad that you included two men and Berei in your instructional tapes... they inspired my family members: my husband who is diabetic, my son who is very overweight, and my mother-in-law to ttapp daily.

T-tapp team of employees is outstanding. I live in Canada and I received my tapes in 3-4 days after ordering them!!! the advice on the phone was great, just fabulous.

this forum and suzycal's and diane falck's websites with their precious tips and kind guidance taught me how to believe in myself and just do it, and do it right!

the most amazing thing is that I ttapped only 19 days out of 25 and did nothing out of the ordinary. for the first two weeks I was doing 5 min workouts from the website once or twice daily, and the last week was instructional tape 1 once or twice daily. today I did instr 1 and 2 back to back for the first time ever. I stopped dieting when I started ttapping and I put on about 10 lbs of lean body mass (mostly water retention I think) and lost 6 lbs of bodyfat. I am not grossly overweight or anything and that is why this massive inch loss with so little effort is so mindboggling to me. I practice klt several times per day and I tuck my butt, and tighten my abs and lats even as I walk, lol. I became one 'bowlegged' lady, although my husband says that I walk like ballerina now! when I do dishes I stand on one klt-ed leg, tuck the butt, and bring the other leg up and to the side, behind my ear as in the thread the needle exercise to strenghten the abs and stretch the groin. sure, I look funny, but it helps later when I actually do the workouts. little things like that help melt the inches 24/7. practice makes perfect!
