Hi,
I finished my 14 day boot camp and did end up losing a couple of inches. I was especially glad to lose my “I can’t be THAT pregnant pooch” I think I lost the inches in the last four days of boot camp because that is when I felt like I was really getting locked into proper form.
My question is, what now? I like to walk every morning for 30 min. and take an hour in the afternoon to t-tapp I really love to do t-tapp and would like to do it every day but I know that is not recommended. Should I continue with boot camp a little longer since I had such a sloppy start? What t-tapp exercises could I do on my off days? Being a combo body type, I need to keep on top of the belly roll, 3rd bun and hip pads!
I only have the first three tapes now but I would like to know what your favorite preggy workouts are so I can put them on my wish list
