Hi Ladies,
My posting has been sparatic at best this month due to my Husband being away for annual training, but he will be back on Sunday. Anyhow, I just ordered a Tanita Body Fat Scale and I was wondering how tracking your Body Fat helps? I still haven't lost weight - maybe 2 to 5 pounds - but as of Tuesday I have lost 37 inches. I know I am building a lot of muscle and was wondering if that would show up on a Body Fat Scale? Can you ladies that use these types of scales see your body fat go down? I just don't know what to expect to track with one of these scales.
