I'm hoping someone may be able to help me here.
I have very sharp pain in my leg in the inner thigh when I put my knee out to the side (as in sitting cross-legged on the floor). I was hoping that the T-Tapp stretching would help, but no change. My Dr. has been concentrating on my bursitis in my hip which is not as painful, but easily treated with cortizone shots.
Is it a groin injury or something else? My other leg hurts a little but nothing like my right leg. This was a problem way before I started T-Tapping
