Hi, just wanted to check in and see how those folks on the SMART technique tapes are doing. I completed week 1 as of last night and I HAVE found myself gravitating towards the healthier foods, so there is a small change anyway. Well, on to Week 2- I will keep y'all updated! Anyone else????
