Hello,
Below is a link to a product called Progest-E, which is natural progesterone in a Vit. E base that you ingest. I saw this product on another board and the woman who was using it said it made all the other natural progesterone creams seem like nothing. She's using it for her PMS symptoms and claimed she has not had any since using this product and claims that her energy level is much higher as well. (This product was developed by Dr. Peat. He also has a couple of books out, which I have not read. Never heard of him before now) My PMS symptoms seem much less severe than they used to but they are still there. I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about the safety or efficacy of ingested progesterone versus the topical or vice versa. Looking to see what others' opinions are about this product. Thank you.
