This past week I have been doing the first part of the workout (instructional tape 1) I did it two days in a row at first but I got too sore so after that just every other day. Also doing CRT brushing twice a day and taking the alfalfa and fibertox. Already I have lost 3 1/2 inches total! (1 1/2" in waist, 1" in hips, 1/2" in each upper arm) Yay! Also, this is kind of weird, but it used to be that when I walked I could feel my butt and back of thighs jiggling behind me. Now I don't feel that! My muscles all over feel much more toned even though they don't look it.
This is so great!!! I can't wait to see what I'll look and feel like a month from now, and a year from now if I stick with it! (And this seems like a workout that I can stick with, something this certified couch potato has never found before!)
