Woo hoo! Is everyone ready for a 4-day weekend?!?

I was wondering if anyone has tried this for weight loss. Sounds interesting - especially since I've failed on every diet I've been on. Saw it on a show last week.

Thanks!

I have the SMART technique.... I do love it, though I'm not sure it's helped me with my food cravings. I need to restart it, actually. It does make me sleep very peacefully or relax when I need it, so it has been worth the money spent for that alone.

No weight loss results to speak of, though, but I haven't ever made it through the whole schedule.

If you have any other questions, let me know.

Well this is a pretty old topic- not even sure who all from that thread's beginning are still on the boards. I did not get past the first few weeks w/the CDs... think I gave them to my Mom... that being said, I AM currently seeing a hypnotherapist once a month for weight loss issues. He has me do an eval, asks more questions, then does the session, recording it to CD at the same time. So when I leave I have a cd of the session to listen to nightly. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now, so far so good...
