WW Activity Points for T-tapp?

Anyone know what the Weight Watchers Activity Points are for the B/R tape? How about the HTF tape?

SO...based on these suggestions would you guess 2 points for doing either Basic+ or More and 3-4 points for the Total Workout?

I would give myself the max points for the total workout. I'm doing Basic Plus, and I'm still not sure what to count it.
