I've been on vacation..and returned on Tuesday and my hip and leg were killing me..! (sitting on the plane.. the seats always about kill my hip!).. I did HTF yesterday but was still experiencing real pain. I was NOT looking forward to doing B/R tonight..! UGH.. due to my pain. Well I did it anyway and I am SO HAPPY to report that the pain is gone! I am feeling so much better....Thank you Teresa~
