View Full Version : Started bootcamp and got through 2 days

I am 8 weeks. I am soooooo tired. I just can't get up in the am to workout. I just sleep whenever I can. I am not eating so well either. Feeling really queasy and wanting lots of salty foods. I feel like such a baby. Just walking up the stairs leaves me out of breath. Talk about feeling FAT. PBS - and what else should be my minimun during the day?
Also, can I work on the butt area now or just wait till after I give birth.
What are the best exercises for butt, thighs and stomach????
