I have just received my complete system two weeks ago. What can I do and not do? I am a little nervous because last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Can I brush, supplements, organs in place, belly exercises? I have a couple pregnancy workout tapes like Kathy Smith and The Steele seris. Would this be more effective? The thing that I am really disappointed with is that I am already 15 pounds overweight and it is all in my belly and butt. Is there any chance that I can work this off during pregnancy without harm or should I just wait till after birth?
