I just got my Alfalfa today and only had one concern about it. In the sheet that they sent with it describing the product and what it does etc, it said it had a high level of Vitamens A,D, and E in it. I was concerned about the Vitamen A, since an over abundance of it has been linked to birth defects. Do you know how much exactly is in the Alfalfa pills? And should I take the normal 6 a day? I am 26 weeks along if that matters. Thanks for your help!
